TF Certifiers + Consultants (established in 2012 as Trento Fuller) brings together four building surveyors, a cadet, specialist access and structural expertise, and project-support staff. Three members of our team are accredited access consultants. Based in Adelaide, we work with architects, developers, builders and property owners on new developments, upgrades and existing buildings.
Our team includes two Level 1 and two Level 2 building surveyors, alongside specialist access consultants and a senior structural engineer. We identify issues early, explain the options and help project teams make informed design and approval decisions.

Director · Building Surveyor (Level 1) · Access Consultant
Specialises in adaptive reuse, heritage buildings and complex approvals, with experience across existing-building transformations, major public venues and event infrastructure.
Aroha Bates
Senior Building Surveyor (Level 1) · Access Consultant
Senior building surveying and access advice across education, commercial and refurbishment projects, coordinating assessments from early design through staged approvals and occupancy requirements.
Matthew Feltus
Building Surveyor (Level 2)
Combines local-government and private-certification experience with detailed assessment of commercial, education, industrial and residential projects, from early design advice through occupancy documentation.
Tina Von
Building Surveyor (Level 2)
Coordinates residential, commercial, health and community assessments through design review, consent variations and occupancy, supported by qualifications in construction management and building surveying.
Damian Tchorzewski
Cadet Building Surveyor
Brings practical carpentry and construction experience to supervised building assessments, reviewing amended submissions and coordinating documentation with the senior surveying team.
Access consultancy and structural expertise
Grant Wooller
Senior Access Consultant
Specialist access advice from design through completion, including SDA and Changing Places facilities. Combines occupational therapy and access consulting expertise with detailed site verification.
Brigitte Benker
Access Consultant
Combines architecture and speech pathology qualifications with access design reviews, existing-building audits and practical accessibility reporting, working alongside TF’s senior consultants.
Ted Strange
Senior Structural Engineer
Provides experienced structural engineering review of drawings, calculations and amended designs, supporting assessments of foundations, retaining structures, building alterations and staged developments.
Project and business support
Maureen May
Accounts & Finance Coordinator
Coordinates project invoicing, accounts receivable and financial reporting, maintaining the connection between agreed engagements, services delivered and accurate commercial records.
Ronniel Bayaua
Project Administration
Coordinates client enquiries, fee proposals and project intake, connecting engagement documentation, proposal deadlines and internal handovers with the technical assessment team.
David Christian Padilan
Project Administration
Coordinates project records, incoming submissions and engineering referrals, supporting clear review status, timely follow-ups and documentation for completion and occupancy.

We use AI-assisted tools to organise project information, support document review and identify issues for assessment. Our professionals check the evidence and retain responsibility for advice and certification decisions.
