Project Administration

Ronniel coordinates enquiries, fee proposals and new project intake, helping establish the information and documentation needed at the start of an engagement. He works with TF’s technical team to prepare proposals for review, clarify outstanding details and respond to changing project requirements.

His role connects initial client enquiries with project establishment and the assessment team. By coordinating proposal deadlines, engagement information and internal handovers, Ronniel supports an organised commencement to each project and clear communication about the services being provided.
