Building Surveyor (Level 2)

Tina works across residential, commercial, health and community projects, supporting clients through assessment, consent variations and occupancy. With qualifications in construction management and building surveying, she combines technical assessment with practical understanding of the documentation and coordination needed to progress approvals.

Her responsibilities include reviewing plans and specialist reports, preparing requests for information and coordinating responses with designers and engineers. She also contributes to existing-building investigations and the review of proposed Performance Solutions alongside senior colleagues.

Tina’s clear communication helps clients and project teams understand compliance requirements, resolve assessment queries and keep approval documentation coordinated as projects develop.
