Luke leads TF Certifiers + Consultants’ technical direction, specialising in adaptive reuse, heritage buildings and complex development approvals. His work spans existing-building transformations, major public venues and event infrastructure, combining building surveying and access expertise with a practical understanding of development and construction.

Working closely with owners, architects and specialist consultants, Luke helps establish approval strategies where design ambition, existing conditions and regulatory requirements intersect. Alongside his project work, he develops the firm’s technical capability through mentoring, peer review and assessment guidance, supporting sound judgement and consistent delivery across the team.
