Cadet Building Surveyor

Damian combines practical construction experience with developing expertise in building surveying. His carpentry background informs his understanding of how drawings, specifications and construction details translate to work on site.

Working under the guidance of TF’s senior surveyors, Damian contributes to assessments of dwellings, additions, retaining walls, signage and ancillary structures. He prepares requests for information, reviews amended submissions and coordinates documentation for specialist assessment. His role supports the team’s day-to-day project delivery while building technical capability through structured supervision and peer review.
