Matthew brings experience in both local government and private certification to his work across commercial, education, industrial and residential developments. His responsibilities span early design advice, detailed building assessments, fitouts and alterations, through to documentation supporting occupancy.

He examines how architectural proposals, fire engineering and structural information come together, helping project teams identify gaps and resolve compliance issues before approval. Matthew’s approach combines careful technical review with clear advice on scope and responsibilities, helping clients understand the requirements affecting their project and the evidence needed to progress it.
