Stage 2 will add 63 apartments in an eight-storey building, featuring a community services hub, café, co-working space, and bike facilities. Supported by federal funding through the Social Housing Accelerator Program and the Housing Australia Future Fund, the development emphasizes energy efficiency, achieving a 7.5-star NatHERS rating.
