Situated on Goodwood Road, this five-storey establishment will feature 77 accommodation rooms, including 26 serviced apartments, a ground-floor café and restaurant with a sunken fire lounge, gaming room, sports bar, and the rooftop bar ‘Wonderland’ offering panoramic views of the ocean, city, and Adelaide Hills. Designed by Cox Architecture and constructed by Sarah Constructions, the hotel aims to serve visitors to nearby institutions like Flinders Hospital, Flinders University, and the Tonsley Innovation Precinct.
