This 13-storey apartment development delivers 48 high-quality residences overlooking the Glenelg foreshore. Replacing an ageing 1960s building, the new design by SMFA introduces a refined vertical form that minimises visual bulk while maximising sea views and natural light. The tower features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including larger upper-floor homes tailored for long-term living. Ground-floor activation is achieved through a café and landscaped setbacks that enhance the pedestrian interface with Colley Terrace.

TF Certifiers + Consultants provided full building certification services for the development, with particular focus on high-rise NCC compliance including vertical fire compartmentation, egress, DDA access, and structural performance for coastal conditions.
