Located in Adelaide’s southern CBD, the development will contribute a significant new hospitality destination close to the city’s tram and entertainment precincts.

TF Certifiers + Consultants delivered BCA certification services, supporting the staged assessment of the carpark podium and hotel development and working with the project team to address National Construction Code requirements throughout design and construction.
