Sutherland Apartments is an adaptive reuse of the former Salvation Army Women’s Hostel at 341–345 Angas Street, Adelaide. The state heritage-listed building is being transformed into boutique apartments, retaining its original heritage fabric alongside a contemporary four-storey extension and rooftop addition.
Designed by Matthews Architects for TRYCON Property, with construction by SHAPE Australia, the project brings new residential life to a distinctive part of Adelaide’s built heritage.
