TF Certifiers + Consultants is providing building certification for MacFarlane Apartments, a residential development beside the Patawalonga River in Glenelg North.

The development comprises 11 apartments, including a penthouse, with views towards the coast, city and Adelaide Hills. Curved balconies and a palette of warm whites, timber and earthy tones respond to the coastal setting and adjoining reserve.

Site works have commenced, with the project being delivered by Sarah Constructions for Sarah Group.
