TF Certifiers + Consultants provided building certification for Uniting on Devonport, a social and affordable housing development in Prospect.

The development replaces six outdated properties with 40 homes across four levels, including seven three-bedroom townhouses and two High Physical Support Specialist Disability Accommodation apartments.

Arranged around a shared courtyard, the homes combine private outdoor areas with communal green spaces that encourage connection between residents. The development also incorporates vertical gardens, bicycle storage, car parking and solar energy.
