Livable Housing assessment and design advice in Adelaide
Livable Housing Silver, Gold and Platinum assessments
TF Certifiers + Consultants offers Livable Housing assessments at Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. Tell us your nominated level, housing type and project stage so we can confirm the assessment scope and information required.
NCC Livable Housing design reviews
We also provide design reviews against the NCC Livable Housing provisions. Our team can review your plans and document matters that need clarification or further design work.
These services involve different assessment frameworks. We will confirm which framework and scope apply to your brief before starting the review.
Provide current plans, the project brief and any nominated housing standard or scheme. We will clarify the review requirements and explain the information needed to assess the design.
For Specialist Disability Accommodation, use our separate SDA assessment service.
