St Yves Shopping Centre — Roseworthy Town Centre
Commercial + Hospitality
Building certification for the St Yves retail centre development at Roseworthy Town Centre.
Roseworthy, SA · Building certification
The St Yves retail development forms part of Roseworthy Town Centre, a new shopping and community destination for Adelaide’s growing northern region. The planned centre brings together a Coles supermarket, specialty retail, dining, business space and community-serving facilities.
TF is involved in the staged building-certification process, reviewing architectural and engineering documentation and coordinating requests for information across the relevant works packages. Our assessment includes the basement and structural documentation, together with fire-safety design matters as the development progresses.
