TF role: BCA and accessibility audits of amenities
This programme brought together amenity audits across seven Southern Adelaide Local Health Network sites, covering major hospital campuses and community health facilities. The sites included Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital, the Repat Health Precinct, Aldinga, Noarlunga and Marion GP Plus facilities, and the Aboriginal Family Clinic at Clovelly Park.
TF Certifiers + Consultants prepared BCA and DDA audit reporting for Wiltshire Swain, reviewing public and staff amenities alongside coordinated ward-area assessments. The work considered the practical use of existing facilities and the accessibility provisions relevant to proposed improvements.
The reports supported a consistent approach to upgrade planning across the network, distinguishing existing conditions, maintenance matters and building-code considerations for new work.
