The Myer Centre façade upgrade refreshed the building’s prominent Rundle Mall frontage, with replacement cladding, glazing, screening and entrance treatments contributing to a renewed street presence.
TF provided building certification services for façade cladding removal and replacement packages, together with site-based technical advice during the works. Our involvement included consideration of fire-protection requirements and the relationship between the new façade elements and the existing building.
