The heritage former Colonial Mutual Life Building at 45 King William Street was adapted to create the Mayfair Hotel, retaining the landmark tower and adding a contemporary southern extension.

TF provided building certification services for the hotel redevelopment. The work involved the conversion of an existing multi-storey heritage building for hotel use and the integration of new and retained building elements.
