TF role: Building certification for associated buildings and infrastructure
Pacific Green’s Limestone Coast battery-energy development forms part of South Australia’s growing energy-storage infrastructure. Alongside the battery installation, the project requires operational buildings, electrical infrastructure and coordinated site works.
TF Certifiers + Consultants is providing building-certification services for associated project packages, including the switchroom and operations-and-maintenance building. The assessment considers the buildings’ operational uses, structural documentation, fire safety, access and amenity requirements, and their relationship to the wider site.
This work demonstrates TF’s capability beyond conventional commercial buildings, supporting specialised energy projects with practical building-code assessment and coordination of the information required for Building Consent.
