TF undertook BCA and DDA commissions for the Hallett Cove Library and Community Centre with Hassell, followed by inspection reporting for the Cove Civic Centre.
The centre brings library, meeting and community functions together in one public facility. TF’s involvement adds a significant civic and community project to its portfolio of public-building work.
