Building certification for roof conservation works to Adelaide Oval’s heritage-listed manual scoreboard.

North Adelaide, SA · Building Rules assessment and certification

The scoreboard is a landmark of Adelaide Oval and a State Heritage Place. The proposed works focus on renewing its main roof and verandah while respecting the original fabric and character.

The documented scope includes replacement roof sheeting, gutters and downpipes, flashings, the roof access walkway and associated safety elements, with repairs to deteriorated flagpole remnants. TF Certifiers + Consultants assessed the building rules documentation and provided certification input for the alterations, working with the heritage constraints of an occupied sporting venue.

Our role relates to the scoreboard roof and access works; it does not extend to the wider Adelaide Oval redevelopment.
