Building certification and early NCC design review

Current project — design and certification

Pelligra’s proposed development at 300 Rundle Street brings a 21-level residential and mixed-use scheme to the corner of Rundle Street and East Terrace, incorporating retained heritage buildings.

TF is engaged for building certification and has undertaken an early NCC design review. Our advice considers the relationship between the tower, residential and commercial uses, car parking and retained heritage fabric.

The review identifies the building-code matters to coordinate as the design develops, including fire separation, access and egress, essential services, amenity and the integration of existing buildings.
