TF role: BCA and accessibility auditing

The SA Athletics Stadium, State Hockey Centre and Adelaide Super-Drome are established venues supporting competition, training and community participation. Reviewing these assets together provided a consistent basis for understanding their building-compliance and accessibility needs.

TF Certifiers + Consultants undertook BCA and DDA compliance audits for MBM as part of asset-management planning for the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. The assessments examined existing building conditions, including safety, access and amenity.

The reporting translated the findings into prioritised recommendations and indicative planning timeframes, helping the asset team distinguish immediate matters from longer-term improvement opportunities and plan future investment across the three venues.
