TF role: Building certification
South Hummocks brings together renewable-energy development and associated infrastructure in regional South Australia. TF’s project involvement covers the solar farm and a separate data-centre addition at the Yarroo Road site.
TF Certifiers + Consultants provided building-certification services, reviewing the building and structural documentation and coordinating the information required for Building Consent. The work included assessment of the data-centre addition as a distinct building package within the wider energy project.
This experience reflects the breadth of TF’s infrastructure work: applying practical building-code advice to specialised facilities, with attention to their operational purpose and the interfaces between buildings, equipment and civil works.
