Lot 59 Apartments — Prospect Corner
Lot 59 is the larger of Prospect Corner’s two apartment buildings, providing 71 affordable rental homes over eight storeys. Designed by Brown Falconer for Renewal SA and delivered by Kennett, the building overlooks reserve space near the Islington railway corridor.
TF’s role
TF provided BCA assessment and building certification services for the apartment development, including review of design documentation and construction-stage compliance queries.
Together with Lot 18, this project delivers 100 affordable rental apartments within Prospect Corner. TF’s involvement supported the building-rules requirements for multi-storey residential development.
