Lot 18 Apartments — Prospect Corner

Lot 18 is a five-storey building providing 29 affordable rental apartments at the entrance to Prospect Corner. Designed by Brown Falconer for Renewal SA and built by Kennett, it forms part of the precinct’s two-building, 100-apartment programme.
TF’s role
TF provided BCA assessment and building certification services for Lot 18, with involvement extending to staged occupation documentation.
The development adds affordable apartment housing close to public transport and local amenities. TF’s work supported the project through building-rules assessment and the requirements for occupation.
