TF undertook building audit work with Swanbury Penglase across a portfolio of State Government cultural and heritage properties. The programme brought together a range of public buildings with different uses, ages and operational requirements.
The programme covers the Art Gallery of South Australia, Artlab, State Library of South Australia, South Australian Museum, Armoury and Police Barracks, Carrick Hill, Science Centre and Queen’s Theatre. TF’s role was building compliance audit work within the wider programme.
This portfolio demonstrates TF’s experience reviewing existing cultural assets, alongside its work on new construction and redevelopment projects.
