Galipo Foods’ proposed Kings Road facility combines a 16,725 m² warehouse with administration and operations offices, loading docks, refrigeration plant and supporting service areas.
TF is providing building certification services for Milestone Project Management. We completed the preliminary BCA assessment to support tender documentation and a staged Building Rules Consent process.
Our review brings the warehouse, office, access and fire-safety requirements into the design process, helping the team coordinate the documentation needed for certification.
