Grant has been involved in providing assessment and advice on hundreds of projects across Australia, ensuring not only compliance with accessibility standards but also achieving environments with better outcomes for inclusion. His project experience includes:

• Audits of existing buildings and facilities: for local councils, state government, and private building owners or prospective lessees
• Access Consulting on new construction projects: from small office and retail tenancy developments, education facilities (all levels), Defence projects, to recreational facilities and streetscapes
• Large-Scale Projects: including billion-dollar health facilities
• Public Transport Projects: Infrastructure including airports, train stations, bus stop and ferry terminals; and conveyance audits.
• Housing Projects: SDA and Livable Housing consultancy on hundreds of projects across Australia.
