Cadet Building Surveyor

Damian joins TF Certifiers + Consultants as a Cadet Building Surveyor, bringing together practical construction experience and formal studies in construction management and building surveying. Having completed a university placement with TF Certifiers, Damian has gained exposure to building certification processes, NCC 2022 reviews, development requirements, certification documentation and project correspondence.

Damian’s background includes hands-on experience across carpentry, rigging, modular construction and remote FIFO/DIDO construction projects. This practical site experience gives him a grounded understanding of construction sequencing, site safety, documentation accuracy and how compliance requirements translate into built outcomes.
